A fully remodeled 1200 square foot apartment perched high above (second story) of the Estate Sale Warehouse. The impeccably clean penthouse apartment sleeps up to six and has two bedrooms +, two baths, full size laundry room, full size kitchen, gated parking, and a full size garage to house your collected antiques during your stay.

Now in our 15th year we are a full-service estate clearing house with new arrivals 3-5 days a week. Our prices are the lowest around as evident with 30%-40% being sold to the trade for resale. We carry the entire spectrum of estate items from quality antiques to fine used and everyday furniture, collectibles, crystal, art glass, silver, jewelry, art and more. Our prices are set to move the items out with-in days of their arrival so it is a must to shop daily.

There is no major street to cross when walking to the beach.To get to the beach go 1/2 block south to Cassidy St., turn west and go 2 1/2 blocks to the sand. Please email us and we can send your a "Google Earth" file that gives you a great perspective on where we are located.The suite apartment has secure alley access.
Most of the windows have blue sky with palm tree views or roof tops unless you are looking down from the windows edge, then you have an alley view.
